Ticketing and Revenue Consultant

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager - LIV Golf to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and revenue through ticket sales and partnerships.
About You:

- You have prior experience in ticket sales, customer service, or retail sales
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
- You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work well under pressure
- You have a strong understanding of ticketing software and CRM programs
Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through cold calling, upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
- Handle all forms of inbound communication and provide exceptional customer service
- Sell premium tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans to local businesses and individuals
- Work with clients to create customized ticket packages and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining records of all prospects and customers within the ticketing database
