We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Orb in San Francisco. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, foster customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's success.
About the Job:
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely deployment and adoption during onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer requests and enhance the Orb platform.
- Conduct regular health checks and business reviews to ensure customers achieve significant ROI and have a high likelihood of renewing and expanding.
- Identify opportunities for growth and advise on how to leverage Orb capabilities.
- Advocate for wider adoption of the Orb platform among underutilized customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in Usage-Based Billing and the Orb platform.
About You:
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in high-growth SaaS and/or B2B startups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and data infrastructure technologies.
- Executive presence and instinct, with the ability to interact with VPs & C-level executives and practitioners alike.
- Experience managing multiple personas within an account.
- Curiosity, persistence, and the ability to break through vendor fatigue with key contacts.
- A consultative mindset, always looking to advise on efficient operations.
- A proven track record in planning and executing successful business reviews and health checks.
- Ability to work US east coast business hours.
- Familiarity with billing platforms/systems and finance concepts is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of SQL is also a plus.
