Transforming Healthcare through Data Analysis

The Revenue Initiatives Data Analyst is a pivotal role within our team, driving revenue cycle operations forward through meticulous data collection, validation, and analysis.

This key position will support our leadership in Denials & Utilization Management Director and Payment Variance Director by crafting and maintaining high-level reports to track organizational performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain departmental and executive level reports using statistical methods
  • Leverage data to create predictive models for cash and operational performance trends
  • Analyze and present findings to management through visually engaging deliverables
  • Ensure contract compliance and financial performance accuracy through ongoing analysis
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and escalating risks as necessary
  • Provide technical support for EPIC system, submitting and monitoring tickets until resolution
  • Conduct sampling and retrieve documents for managed care special projects focused on clinical denials
  • Maintain daily system checks, verifying Close Accounts reports from Medical Necessity & Transfer DRG vendors

We're seeking an experienced Revenue Initiatives Data Analyst with a Master's degree in Public Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, and four years of full-time experience in management analysis or operational direction.

Prior experience in supervisory, administrative, or consultative roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of Epic Hospital Billing system are essential for this position.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
