About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Python development to join our team at Voya Financial. As a key member of our Investment Management business, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software applications using the Microsoft development stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business-critical applications, including front-end UI, mid-tier, and backend data services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define application architectures, components, and interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software engineering designs and programs that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Participate in the software development cycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in complex software development with the Microsoft development stack.
  • Proven expertise in Python development in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques, database, and file access methods.
  • Experience with cloud data knowledge and Azure preferred.
