Job Summary:

Johnsonville is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Excellence Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business results and improving the quality of life for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor manufacturing members in the facility through the Reliability Excellence Journey.
  • Execute key strategies that engage the membership and deliver results.
  • Promote the standard work process, culture, and implementation to enhance Johnsonville's Operational Excellence.
  • Work with Operational Leaders to impact and influence the organization.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal learning by using and teaching current and emerging best practices in Reliability, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Promote and demonstrate the use of Change Management.
  • Be the deployment champion for Basic and Advanced Problem-Solving systems and tools within the facilities.
  • Analyze opportunities and guide and plan actions around safety, quality, people, and productivity initiatives.
  • Identify trends and process variation in conjunction with the Operations Team.
  • Conduct/facilitate ongoing facility gap assessments around reliability efforts at various facilities.
  • Set goals and objectives to attain superlative performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred Experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years Reliability or Continuous Improvement experience with measurable results.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficient with statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate cross-functional projects in a team-based environment.
  • Project and Portfolio management experience.
  • Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab).
  • Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to widen the circle of engagement within the membership.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated success on safety, quality, people, or productivity.
  • Communicates effectively - strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaborator who works toward personal, team, and company goals in a solution-focused manner.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and curiosity.
  • Demonstrates values that align with the Johnsonville Way.
  • Strong technical literacy; quickly learns new applications and tools.
