Client Support Specialist

Como Especialista en Soporte al Cliente, deberás ser capaz de ponerte en el lugar de los clientes y mantener una actitud servicial, paciente, positiva y alegre.
Responsabilidades del Especialista en Soporte al Cliente:
- Gestionar un alto volumen de llamadas de clientes.
- Mantener una actitud amigable y servicial.
- Resolver preguntas y problemas de servicio para los clientes a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y mensajes de texto.
- Documentar con precisión las interacciones con los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades para nuevas ventas.
- Vender productos a clientes establecidos mediante técnicas de venta cruzada y adicional.
- Resolver todas las solicitudes de soporte entrantes y salientes de acuerdo con las pautas establecidas.
- Actuar como embajador de la empresa en todo momento.
- Ser profesional en todas las interacciones.
Requisitos del Especialista en Soporte al Cliente:
- Título de secundaria o equivalente.
- 3 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad demostrada para proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional.
- Enfoque centrado en el cliente.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Atención a la calidad y al detalle.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Pensador crítico y solucionador de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión.
