Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Landscape Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our office staff. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for multiple ongoing projects, collaborating with our lead estimator to prepare and submit estimates, and providing direct assistance to our General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Administration & Coordination: Provide essential administrative support for multiple ongoing projects, including obtaining permits, organizing project documentation, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring seamless project execution.
  2. Estimating: Collaborate with our lead estimator to prepare and submit estimates for a diverse range of projects, including municipal, commercial, and residential sectors. Responsibilities will include identifying potential project opportunities, conducting thorough lead qualification, performing quantity take-offs, and crafting professional estimates and proposals.
  3. Direct Assistance: Provide direct administrative assistance to our General Manager, supporting various aspects of procurement and project execution to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in landscaping or construction, although not essential, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of motivation to seek success for your team.
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
