Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct services to patients in a residential setting, including group care, intake procedures, evaluation, individual and group counseling, milieu management, and supervision of patients.
  • Work closely with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Facilitate treatment educational groups and provide individual or group sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with high-risk youth or adults, or an Associate's degree in Chemical Dependency and two years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience working with at-risk populations and knowledge of chemical dependency treatment principles.
  • CPR Certification and First-Aid training.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
