Workplace Hospitality Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workplace Hospitality Coordinator. This part-time, on-site role will be based in Rocky Hill, CT, and Southington, CT, and will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome employees, vendors, applicants, and visitors, providing a warm and responsive atmosphere that enhances our overall workplace experience.
- Provide day-to-day support for the food service program, including menu planning, setup, and cleanup of employee lunches and events.
- Maintain the Southington micro market, including inventory management, sales reports, and loss reports.
- Work with approved vendors to determine food offerings and menus, and determine appropriate order counts for specialty beverages and perishable items.
- Assist with supply deliveries, vendor receiving, and other general support needs as required.
- High School Diploma; some college preferred.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a corporate or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent attention to customer service and professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
