Job Summary

MidState Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team in the Outpatient Spine and Pain Center. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assessing patient conditions, setting goals, and prescribing nursing actions to meet those goals. You will also be responsible for coordinating nursing care, establishing and maintaining communications with patients and significant individuals, and maintaining standards of nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient conditions and set goals for nursing care
  • Prescribe nursing actions to meet patient goals
  • Coordinate nursing care with other departments
  • Establish and maintain communications with patients and significant individuals
  • Maintain standards of nursing care and implement hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • Valid CT RN license
  • CPR and ACLS certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
