About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at American Radiology Services. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our imaging center, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring and training qualified team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Direct and mentor imaging center and department team members, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance to ensure that we meet our goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and patients.
  • Actively promote and seek out new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization, developing strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
  • Advocate for change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, performing technologist duties as needed to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
Requirements
  • Passionate about patient care and able to exercise sound judgment and remain professional in all situations.
  • Effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect for patients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Structured work approach, able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent management skills, including sales and customer service, public relations, time management, clerical skills, bookkeeping, and written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of budget and financial statements, workers' compensation billing needs, and basic medical-related knowledge and skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
  • Previous experience at a similar volume medical facility, technical experience in imaging a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of developing budgets, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • A four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration or six plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience is preferable.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
