We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Assistant to join our team at SPIN.

Job Overview

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting adults with autism and intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting individuals to develop skills and strategies to lead independent lives
  • Encouraging socialization, community involvement, and meaningful relationships
  • Supporting individuals in expressing their choices and preferences

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid PA/NJ driver's license with 1 year of driving experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
