Support Specialist for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

About the RoleWe are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Support Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and community participation
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
