Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at America's Best. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of customers through the store, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
  • Flow Management: Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
  • Insurance and Document Management: Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
  • Information Provision: Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
  • Record Keeping: File all patient records daily and pull patient files for the next day's appointments.
  • Order Status and Notification: Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Mail and Inventory Management: Receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Communication: Participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
