As a key member of our dental operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our dental centers, providing exceptional patient service, and supporting the overall mission and vision of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage front desk operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and waitlist management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Dental Operations to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring optimal patient care and efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional patient service, responding promptly to patient needs and soliciting feedback to improve service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Billing Department to ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Participate in and lead improvement initiatives, ensuring execution and adherence to established protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, dentists, and patients to resolve issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and promote a clean and professional office setting, ensuring regular office rounds and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in dental front office operations, with a focus on patient scheduling and management

  • Excellent Patient Service Skills: Professional, responsive, and able to manage difficult or emotional patient situations
