Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:

CBTS is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to lead a strategic initiative for new business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a plan to drive new revenue and new logos for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a plan to achieve agreed-upon goals, including training, outbound appointment campaign execution, and sales cycle execution.
  • Coach and encourage Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on how to intelligently connect with prospective clients and track campaigns to ensure success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, HR, and other departments to contribute to the success of the program.
  • Manage related expenses and perform special projects as directed by the Sales Leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Positive energy, confident, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Strong leadership skills to work with internal teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

Work Environment:

The position is remote but may require travel throughout an assigned territory.
