Job Summary

The Account Executive is a key role at Aramark, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion. This position requires a strong sales background, with a focus on new account generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific growth plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Prospect and secure new client appointments through targeted telemarketing, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, product, and equipment options, and coordinate program demos to drive close rates.
  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations, as determined by Sales Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience.
  • Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
