ROLE OF A MARS & CO JUNIOR BUSINESS STRATEGY CONSULTANT:

  • Develops into a versatile business professional capable of leading teams to foster growth in any context.
  • Prepares for advancement to Senior Consultant and higher roles without the necessity of pursuing an MBA or PhD.
QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a prestigious university, complemented by relevant internship experience.
  • Preferred educational background in quantitative fields (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Science).
  • Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, R, Tableau, Python, SQL, Access, etc.
  • Exceptional research skills.
  • Demonstrates high intelligence, creativity, curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (knowledge of multiple languages is advantageous).
  • Exhibits a high level of maturity and responsibility, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Possesses interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse groups of clients and colleagues.

  • Creating actionable plans for clients by synthesizing analyses and applying strategic thought.
  • Presenting and articulating research, analyses, findings, and recommendations to team members and clients.
  • Acquiring valuable skills, concepts, and expertise applicable to new business scenarios.
