This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dealership in the nation. The Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting current clients in identifying vehicles that align with their requirements, developing new commercial vehicle sales opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients and demonstrate consultative selling techniques while guiding them in their vehicle selection process.
  • Support customers in making well-informed purchasing choices by offering comprehensive product details, including features and specifications.
  • Facilitate vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight the distinctive features and advantages of various models.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, new vehicle releases, and competitor offerings to effectively convey product benefits to clients.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Exhibit proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer engagements and monitor sales progress.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by promptly addressing customer inquiries or issues; take ownership of the customer experience by completing additional tasks that enhance the dealership's positive impression.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales is preferred
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed
