Vehicle Sales Manager

Join Berman Infiniti of Chicago as a Vehicle Sales & Lead Manager and play a key role in driving sales and managing customer leads. As a hybrid opportunity, this role is perfect for a highly qualified Sales Associate ready for the next step or an experienced Sales/Finance Manager looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential customers and manage leads through the CRM system.
- Oversee the sales process from initial lead to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with various departments to structure deals, present financing options, and maximize profitability.
- Conduct vehicle sales presentations, test drives, and finalize paperwork with customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle inventory and market trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales-related paperwork.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to less experienced sales team members as needed.
- Stay updated on automotive financing, leasing, and industry best practices.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet customer and business needs.
