Job Title: Vehicle Sales & Lead Manager

Join Berman Infiniti of Chicago as a Vehicle Sales & Lead Manager and play a key role in driving sales and managing customer leads. As a hybrid opportunity, this role is perfect for a highly qualified Sales Associate ready for the next step or an experienced Sales/Finance Manager looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers and manage leads through the CRM system.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial lead to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Work closely with various departments to structure deals, present financing options, and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct vehicle sales presentations, test drives, and finalize paperwork with customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle inventory and market trends.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales-related paperwork.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to less experienced sales team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on automotive financing, leasing, and industry best practices.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance management
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
