Quality Assurance Inspector Role

Performance Point is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector

We focus on both single-family and multifamily projects, serving various regions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough Quality Inspections on newly constructed single-family homes to ensure they are ready for occupancy, documenting any findings and developing corrective action plans.
  • Complete essential documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Create detailed reports for clients and work collaboratively with builders to resolve any identified issues.
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members regarding scheduling and field operations.
  • Assist with Code Compliance Testing, Air Sealing, and Attic Tent Installation in new residential projects.

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing Fit n Finish inspections on newly built homes, ensuring that each unit adheres to industry standards regarding completeness and visual appeal. This includes meticulous evaluations of systems, finishes, and hardware, along with comprehensive documentation and photographic evidence. The Inspector plays a crucial role in promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies.

During periods of lower demand, inspectors may support the energy team with various field and office tasks related to building and energy efficiency projects. Responsibilities may encompass attic tent installations, air sealing, energy assessments, and other enhancements to building performance. This dynamic position offers exposure to a variety of environments and continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements
