Position: Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and oversee quality assurance systems.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance technicians.
  • Perform root cause investigations for product defects.
  • Define quality benchmarks and standards for production processes.
  • Execute Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to industry regulations.
  • Evaluate quality performance indicators and spearhead improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with external quality inspectors and clients.
  • Work with suppliers to enhance quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering roles.
  • ASQ certification as a Software Quality Engineer.
  • Familiarity with standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 2015.
  • Experience in the aerospace and automotive fields is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
