About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Priority1. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Cleveland market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business leads through cold calling and door-to-door sales efforts
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Sell and set up new accounts, managing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software to track activity and monitor sales performance
Training and Development

We believe in supporting our sales team through comprehensive training and development programs. As a Territory Sales Manager, you can expect to receive three weeks of corporate training, followed by in-the-field training with upper management as part of our Fast Start Program.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
