Position Overview

As an Operations Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing incident responses and ensuring effective communication during critical situations. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating efforts to assist in emergencies, providing support to both responders and affected individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring multiple communication channels, including television, DVR, and internet feeds, to identify potential incidents.
  • Managing logistics for travel and conference calls, while providing technical assistance in high-pressure environments.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational and customer service skills, particularly when interacting with senior management and families of those impacted by incidents.
  • Utilizing your experience in crisis management to support operational needs during emergencies.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in various technologies, including computers, databases, and telecommunications systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with HEAT Ticketing Systems and VEOCI Incident Management.
  • Background in emergency medical services, 911 operations, or as a first responder.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Salary Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $40,001 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
