Job Overview

AEVEX Aerospace is actively seeking qualified and mission-driven individuals for the role of Intelligence Operations Analyst. This position necessitates an active TS/SCI security clearance along with a Polygraph examination. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and its strategic goals. Preference will be given to those with experience in managing or supporting Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations or conducting all-source intelligence evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Intelligence Operations Analyst will analyze operational communications and utilize all-source intelligence databases to generate actionable intelligence leads and facilitate operations. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting intelligence reports, including HUMINT and SIGINT, conducting research on existing cases, drafting detailed targeting and collection strategies, and providing operational guidance to senior management.

Successful candidates will collaborate closely with clients and team members to research, assess, analyze, synthesize, and interpret information from diverse sources to produce comprehensive intelligence reports. Proficiency in various analytical techniques is essential, particularly in areas such as network analysis, relationship mapping, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods. Analysts should be adept at delivering concise and thorough briefings to senior leadership, often with minimal preparation time.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supporting HUMINT operations or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in intelligence research and analysis
  • Exceptional critical thinking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound operational judgment
  • Strong organizational, writing, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Specialized Skills Officer (SSO)
  • Experience with client-specific databases for monitoring intelligence traffic and liaising with international offices
  • Experience in overseas collection operations and information sharing, particularly in high-risk environments
  • Proficiency in foreign languages
