The Role

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Leader to manage and expand relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C-suite at Life Sciences companies. You'll identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned accounts, actively adding new logos to our portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

At Veeva, we've been experiencing exponential growth and profitability, driven by our commitment to delivering value-based solutions. Due to this rapid growth, we're hiring territory-based Account Partners for the Research & Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a value-based selling approach to sell the Veeva Vault Development Cloud across the enterprise, positioning yourself as a trusted partner to your customers.
  • Develop deep understanding of the customer's strategic direction and how Veeva supports it with software, data, and consulting.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets in 8-12 accounts, leveraging internal and external resources effectively.
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles, utilizing analytics and benchmarking to track account progress, maturity, and value.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recent experience in quota-carrying account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in technology consulting, key account management, or strategic CSM, MedDevice, CRO, or SaaS, focusing on Life Sciences or Hospitals.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with VP or C-Level executives, with a demonstrated ability to execute strategic account plans.
  • Based in Territory, with a flexible work arrangement that allows you to thrive in your ideal environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $250,000
