Position Overview:

As a key member of a collaborative Call Center team, the successful candidate will engage in sales activities related to managing inbound and outbound calls to convert prospective patients across our surgical centers. This role involves building long-term professional relationships with patients, effectively communicating product information, and enhancing patient knowledge and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a results-oriented individual responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, acquiring new patients, and surpassing goals through personal efforts and referrals.
  • Handle incoming calls from prospective patients to discuss our dental implant solutions and follow up on leads through CRM by initiating outbound calls.
  • Assist potential patients in their decision-making process using the NHOMS PLLC consult methodology.
  • Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to interested patients to educate them on the process, identify their decision-making stage, and follow up with those who may have postponed treatment.
  • Oversee the referral-based lead generation process by collaborating with existing patients to identify potential referrals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and driven by targets.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications with a willingness to learn internal systems.
  • A collaborative team player in a target-driven environment.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask through various computer programs and systems in a remote office setting with dual monitors.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting computer issues and setup.
  • Must have secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet to support business needs.
  • A dedicated and private workspace with minimal distractions is essential.
  • Remote positions are available for candidates located in specific states.

Experience & Education:

  • Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably two years of successful inside sales experience.
  • Experience in building and maintaining patient relationships.

  • Base compensation of $50K plus an uncapped sales incentive plan.
