Position Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee our Front Office operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive a warm, attentive, and efficient service experience from check-in to check-out. You will play a key role in mentoring new team members, guiding them through their training process, and setting a standard of excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service and hospitality to all guests.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in daily operations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
