Position Overview

Sound Search Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Corporate Associate specializing in Public Companies and Governance. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary range of $245-265k annually, plus performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-5 years of experience in advising public entities on securities compliance, including financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Proven expertise in a broad spectrum of corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.
  • Collaboration with the Public Companies & Governance team to provide daily legal counsel on securities regulations.
  • Management of significant governance transactions, including executive succession planning, corporate crises, and shareholder engagement.
Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A solid background in general corporate matters, including securities offerings and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Valuable in-house experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills.
  • A commitment to responsiveness and a keen interest in public company compliance and governance.
