Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Land Development Project Manager to oversee the management of land development projects from planning through infrastructure completion.

This role involves managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.

The successful candidate will have excellent budget management skills, ability to inspect subcontractor work, and leadership skills to lead a team in achieving project goals while maintaining quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scheduling: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Inspect and approve subcontractor work to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals, provide guidance, and mentorship as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in land development or construction management.
  • Desirable Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, ability to analyze complex data, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:

Lennar Homes offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
