Position Summary
The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) plays a crucial role in delivering pneumatic compression solutions to patients as directed by healthcare professionals. This position involves collaborating closely with our Clinical Territory Manager (CTM) to provide direct support to patients while contributing to the growth of market sales.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties encompass, but are not limited to:
- Delivering pneumatic compression devices aimed at managing chronic health conditions.
- Effectively communicating the advantages of our products to patients, healthcare providers, and specialists.
- Acting as a knowledgeable resource on the medical conditions our products address, including lymphatic, venous, and arterial issues.
- Skilled in utilizing Salesforce for patient information management and maximizing its functionalities.
- Participating in monthly strategy meetings with the CTM to assess goals and performance metrics.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and revenue cycle across various insurance providers, including CMS criteria and private payer requirements.
- Conducting follow-ups with patients post-setup and liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with insurance protocols.
- Assessing and recommending the most suitable equipment tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintaining an informed perspective on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the assigned territory and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Facilitating effective communication with corporate and administrative teams regarding equipment requirements to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Training patients on the proper use of our devices and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
- Adhering to legal standards and best practices in patient interactions and data management.
- Following company policies regarding expenses and completing administrative tasks promptly.
- Performing additional job-related duties as necessary.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of sales experience or equivalent professional background.
- A valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Apple products.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Capability to obtain necessary immunizations and documentation for facility access within the assigned territory.
- Willingness to relocate within 18 months of hire to pursue advancement opportunities.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform lifting from the floor to waist level.
- Capability to kneel, stoop, climb stairs, and reach with hands and arms.
- Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities and visit patients within the designated territory.
- Ability to travel within a 2-3 hour radius of the assigned territory.
- Must be able to use personal vehicle for daily travel.
- Flexibility to work remotely, visit patients at home or in clinics, and engage in virtual work.
