Job Details

The Senior Payroll Associate role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the finance team at the Archdiocese of Newark.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Review and verify HR data, process payroll changes, and input tax and other deductions.
  • Database payroll reports, handle miscellaneous payrolls, and maintain accurate financial records.

Work Environment:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-4:45 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
  • 35 hours weekly.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance preferred.
  • Minimum three years of relevant payroll experience in ADP Workforce or comparable systems.
