Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Saint James Health in Newark, NJ. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing ambulatory care licensing and federal grant requirements.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FTCA compliance.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to minimize liability and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Active NJ RN License
- Minimum of three years of compliance experience in a hospital or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Thorough knowledge of federal grant compliance, ambulatory care licensing regulations, and FTCA requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance management software.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
