Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Professional to join our team at Applied Innovation. This exciting role offers the chance to grow your career in sales and contribute to our company's success.
As a Sales Account Professional, you will be responsible for achieving all sales goals and targets, facilitating appointments through various means, growing market share by adding new clients, and maintaining a strong knowledge base of document imaging products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hitting the Number: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Appointment Facilitation: Utilize phone, email, social media, and onsite prospecting to secure meetings with potential clients.
- Market Share Growth: Expand our customer base by identifying new opportunities and consistently closing deals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our document imaging solutions.
- Culture Maintenance: Foster a positive work environment within our organization and among our clients.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a high capacity for self-management, strong presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a passion for learning about and utilizing technology, and a highly motivated and positive attitude. A 4-year degree in business or communications is also required.
