Job Overview:
City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading provider of building maintenance services. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and management team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving business growth.

Compensation Package:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of $45,000 per year, with the potential for significant on-track earnings of $120,000+ based on performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand client relationships to ensure high retention rates and explore opportunities for service diversification and expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the delivery of services across all client sites, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance, and manage contractor relationships.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns, coordinate site visits, and develop strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and management, specifically in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM databases.
