Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive sales, and building strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Primary Duties:
- Build and maintain a strong dealer network
- Sell individual project sales through developers and builders
- Keep customers informed of new product and service opportunities
- Ability to train on Williams products
Requirements:
- Experience in the kitchen & bath, construction or building materials industry preferred
- Project management and contracting experience a plus
- 20/20 software knowledge a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Education and/or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
