Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate sales team activities to ensure effective performance
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales strategies
- Develop and execute innovative sales tactics to expand customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager with a strong track record of success
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to build rapport with clients
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
