Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through our tools and services, and answering any questions.
- Develop strong, consultative relationships to understand customer goals and proactively offer solutions to optimize their experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and usage data to identify trends, provide insights, and suggest improvements.
- Build client retention strategies that drive engagement and loyalty.

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring our customers get the most out of their experience with AO Globe Life. You'll partner with them to understand their unique needs, advocate for their goals, and provide them with the tools and resources to succeed. Your role is to build trust, foster loyalty, and create long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to managing client relationships and meeting retention targets.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
