We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to drive our commercialization and go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of highly-skilled professionals who are leaders in their respective disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy to drive business growth and customer adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for each customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, training, and support initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercialization, customer success, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with wearable technology or a related field is a plus.
