About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Keeper Security, Inc. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on Keeper Security's solutions and best practices for password management and cybersecurity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continued expertise and value to customers
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in account management or SaaS customer success roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of software integrations, implementation, onboarding, and support
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
