Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation, including patient identification, check-in, and charge posting.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling, registration, and account setup.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance coverage rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with practice standards.
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in an office/customer service environment.
- Successful completion of medical terminology course within one year of start date.
- Previous public contact position, basic computer skills, and experience using general office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
