About the Position

We are seeking an experienced SLED Market Growth Manager to join our team at Abnormal Security. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive new business opportunities.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of SLED sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience in growing new business and new logos.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales strategy and execution.
  • A winner who holds themselves accountable to consistent over-achievement.
Salary Range

Competitive salary range: $120,000—$150,000 USD and benefits that include bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other perks.
