Core Functions

As the primary contact for clients, you will manage inquiries and anticipate future requirements. It is essential to grasp all facets of your service center's performance, driving ongoing enhancements to ensure exceptional output and customer satisfaction.

Business Acumen: You will be responsible for understanding operational metrics and leading daily activities to meet defined objectives in productivity, quality, output, and cost.

Technical Expertise

A solid technical background is necessary to gain comprehensive knowledge of all products, processes, and protocols.

Educational Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, with prior leadership in a service-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Previous roles as a Service Manager, Project Manager, or similar are essential.
Operational Experience

Demonstrated experience in leading field operations, technical repairs, or manufacturing teams is crucial.
