Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coppell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, managing team workflow, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders using various internal systems.
  • Manage team workflow through the group mailbox in Outlook 365.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of team roles to efficiently assign and track tasks.
  • Apply order entry and group management responsibilities in a context-dependent manner.
  • Switch between tasks seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Pull information from multiple internal resources to ensure accurate order entry and task assignments.
  • Take detailed notes and refer to them as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in customer orders and handle customer support inquiries.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in order entry, data entry, or customer support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365, especially managing group mailboxes, and familiarity with OneNote and Excel.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of data with a 95% accuracy rate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong task-switching skills, with the ability to adapt to frequent changes in task priority.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to receive and implement constructive criticism quickly to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation:

$20-26/hr

This position is 100% onsite.
