Job Description
Full-Time Opportunity: $16.50 an hour
We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Team at Havertys, the most established Furniture Retailer in the industry. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy helping others meet their needs, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing phone calls, pre-and post-delivery calls, and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Utilize My Service Center to create, maintain, and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
Manage an action-driven to-do list and work diligently to keep it current daily.
Stay up-to-date with procedural, policy, and system enhancements, adapting to changes as they occur.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including experience with automated systems.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior call center experience is a plus.
