About the Role:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Effectively execute the Company's business plan to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication, and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • Previous Managerial Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant Experience: Required.
  • Top-Notch Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with Team Members, customers, and corporate management.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Lead a high-performing team and make decisions that drive results.
