Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Profitability: Effectively execute the Company's business plan to drive sales and profitability.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication, and relationship building.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
- Act as a Role Model: Adhere to all state and Federal labor and health laws, and uphold the policies and standards of performance and conduct set by the Company and the Dunkin' brand.
- Work with Integrity: Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations.

Requirements:
- Previous Managerial Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant Experience: Required.
- Top-Notch Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with Team Members, customers, and corporate management.
- Excellent Leadership Skills: Lead a high-performing team and make decisions that drive results.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Multi-task and work well under pressure to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Financial Literacy and Analytical/Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Access to a Vehicle and a Valid Driver's License: Required for certain duties.
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs: Meet the physical demands of the job.
- Must Submit to a Background Check: Pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Must be 18 Years or Older: Meet the minimum age requirement for the role.
