Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Talent and Succession Planning at PayPal, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global succession planning program that drives results. This role requires a deep understanding of executive talent assessment, development, and high potential identification. You will leverage talent analytics to derive insights on workforce risks and needs, and facilitate robust succession and development action planning. Additionally, you will lead change management and project management efforts for succession and talent review, with a focus on excellent go-to-market strategies and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of formal succession planning and assessment experience in a defined COE
  • Deep domain expertise in areas of executive talent assessment, development, high potential identification, and succession planning
  • Excellent data analysis capability, with particular focus on data-driven insights and actions
  • Track record of success in a results-oriented HR role with senior-level interface and influence
