Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Foreman Wolf Group. As a seasoned culinary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals
- Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and aligned with our culinary vision
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure that it is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving culinary innovation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
