Job Overview

Elkridge Club Inc is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast buffets, corporate lunches, and formal dinners.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to develop menus and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Food safety certification.
