Tilt Creative + Production is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager.


This position serves as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that client needs are understood and met with precision.

The Client Relationship Manager will facilitate collaboration across various departments, including strategy, creative, production, and post-production, to guarantee alignment with client objectives and surpass their expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to establish trust quickly and set clear expectations with clients. We seek a proactive leader who can navigate challenges, foster strong relationships, and engage in constructive dialogues.

This role is essential in empowering our creative and production teams to excel while ensuring that all projects are delivered on budget, on brief, and on schedule.

- Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems is essential; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project activities, both internally and with clients.
- Master essential company processes, including project scheduling, and collaborate closely with the strategy team to ensure accurate briefings.
- Align with creative and production teams regarding budgets and deliverables, and work with clients to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the Account Director to identify growth opportunities and champion innovative ideas.
- Maintain up-to-date project information through internal status reports and client interactions.
- Accurately manage budgets in conjunction with the Finance Director and Account Director.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to earn their respect and loyalty.
- Support teams in executing campaign strategies across all deliverables.
- Keep leadership informed of significant client and internal team developments.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely communication of updates and new projects to the internal team.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be open to occasional travel as needed.
